Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
CrossPlatformDev ("I", "me", "my") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how it's used, and your choices — written in plain language, not legal filler.
1. Information I Collect
When you use this site, I may collect:
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone number, country, address, and your message.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
- AI chat conversations: messages you type into the chat assistant.
- Basic technical data: your theme preference (dark/light), stored locally in your browser only.
I do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising trackers on this site.
2. How I Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To send you updates if you subscribe to the newsletter — only about new posts, nothing else.
- To provide answers through the AI chat assistant.
- To discuss and deliver project work if you become a client.
I never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
This site uses the following third-party services to function:
- Resend — to deliver contact form submissions to my inbox.
- Groq — to power the AI chat assistant. Messages you send to the chat are processed by Groq's API to generate a response.
- Render — to host this website.
- Cloudflare — for DNS and network-level security.
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they process data on my behalf. I only share the minimum information needed for each service to function.
4. Data Retention
Contact form and newsletter submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain the newsletter list. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).
5. Client Project Data
If you become a client, any business information, assets, or data you share for the purpose of building your project (e.g. product lists, business details, credentials for third-party services) is treated as confidential and used solely to complete the agreed work, consistent with the confidentiality terms in our project agreement.
6. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
7. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information I hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected].
8. Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy occasionally as the site or services change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
